1. PURPOSE
This Clarification Text has been prepared to enlighten the participants of the MOBİLİZ Mobility and IoT Acceleration Programme about their personal data processed during the Programme in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 and its secondary regulations and other applicable national and international legislation.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA, METHODS OF COLLECTION AND LEGAL REASONS
3.1 Collection of applications 
Details regarding MOBİLİZ Mobility and IoT Acceleration Programme have been announced on https://mobiliz.com.tr/ website and corporate social media accounts. Personal data of the people who want to participate in the programme will be collected in the application form. In this process, we rely on the legal reason "Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of a right" in Article 5 of the Law. 
3.2 Pre-selection procedures, making events, trainings and other announcements
The collected data will be used to determine the appropriate trainings and activities for the participants. After determining the appropriate training and events for the participants, invitations and announcements will be sent to the relevant participants. In this process, we rely on the legal reason "Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" in Article 5 of the Law.

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
It is our priority not to transfer your personal data to third parties and institutions. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties and institutions, except for receiving information technology infrastructure support from service providers who offer us a confidentiality commitment.

5. YOUR RIGHTS OVER YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data will be processed limited to the period required by the purposes listed in the third title. However, you can leave the Programme at any time and request the destruction of your personal data.
Your rights on your personal data are listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
"1) Everyone can apply to the data controller and request the following information about him/her
a) To learn whether personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
d) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
e) ... to request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
f) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
ğ) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage,
has rights".
In order to use these rights listed above, you can send your application to the above-mentioned correspondence address in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. 

6. CHANGE
The first version of this Clarification Text was prepared and published on 05.02.2024. The Data Controller may update the Text in line with possible changes in data processing activities, provided that the participants are informed.
